10 Morro Bay Remodel Preview Fundraiser was an exciting event showcasing our Coming Soon Newport Beach listing while raising money and awareness for the PADRE Foundation, non-profit supporting children, teens and their families living with Type One diabetes. The night entailed delicious hors-d’oeuvres, tantalizing desserts, drinks galore, delightful classic live tunes, creative silent auction items, anticipating raffle ticket drawings, winnings, chatter, laughter, big hearts while strolling and lounging around a 4,000 sqft beautiful Spyglass Hill remodel with a backdrop of city and canyon lights.
